Champlain Orchards is located in the historic town of Shoreham (est.1761) in the lush Champlain Valley of Vermont. We are 12 miles from Middlebury, and under 40 miles from both Burlington and Rutland. The orchard is 2 minutes from Lake Champlain and the Fort Ticonderoga ferry, a short drive to numerous hikes, rivers and swimming holes in the Green Mountains.

The opportunities for outdoor recreation in the area are endless. There are numerous opportunities to visit other farms, vineyards and breweries.

We would be happy to recommend specific restaurants or other venues for rehearsal dinners, bachelor/bachelorette parties and just plain fun for you and your guests when you’re not at the orchard.
